Facilitator's Note 20 November, 2019: Phase 4 Update

Hi Everyone

We’re now into Phase 4 - the final phase of our scenario development process. We’ve already received a number of very thoughtful ideas about the scenario outlines – thanks to those who have contributed. 

For those who have not yet had the chance to jump in on this, please review the scenarios, those ideas and add comments of your own.  What do each of these scenarios make you think about? What should be on our minds as we ‘look forward’ to 2040?
